SHIPPING & RETURNS

Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over 40 EUR. You have a 60-day return policy from the date you receive the item.

SHIPPING AND TRACKING

Shipping

Each package includes a packing slip intentionally designed to omit item prices, making it suitable for gifts intended to be sent directly to the recipient.

Please be aware that shipments outside the EU may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and import duties specific to the recipient's country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

All orders within the EU purchased from exentri.com are dispatched from our warehouse in Sweden.

Exceptions:

Orders to Australia & USA: will be shipped from our warehouse in Australia
Orders to Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Makedonia, Bosnia & Montenegro: will be shipped from our warehouse in Croatia



Estimated delivery time

Scandinavia: 2-5 working days.
Europe/world: 2-10 working days.

We're committed to getting your order to you as swiftly as possible. After confirmation, all orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. However, please keep in mind that actual shipping duration is subject to your location and the efficiency of the local postal system. Additionally, please be aware that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or local public holidays.



Tracking 

Orders purchased from exentri.com will be shipped via unregistered parcel delivery to your post box. Kindly allow until the estimated date for your order to arrive. Please note that occasional local delays may occur in your area. Should your estimated delivery date pass without receiving your order, please don't hesitate to contact us at post@exentri.no. We're here to assist you further.



RETURN AND EXCHANGE


Exchange

If you wish to exchange for a different model or color, return your first item and order a new item from the online store. Remember that you must return within 60 days from the date you received the item, and you have to pay for the return shipping yourself. You will be refunded the purchase price of your first order as soon as we receive and approve your return.



Return

You can return any products you have ordered from www.exentri.com within 60 days from the date you received the delivery.

All items returned for refund or exchange must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Returned items will be manually inspected, and Exentri reserves the right to reject returned items that do not meet these criteria. If you choose to return an invalid return, you will not receive your money back, and the item will not be sent back to you.

We advise our customers to obtain proof of shipment when returning items. Exentri cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost in the mail without proof of postage/shipping. Please note that we do not refund the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be made to the same payment card used for the purchase and will be processed no later than nine days after we have received the return.



Complaint

If you wish to complain about a damaged wallet, you must send us an email at post@exentri.no. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and a picture of the wallet, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
